Booking and Check-In Policy:
Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
Primary guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
A valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Aadhaar, Driving License, or Voter ID) is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
Bookings are subject to availability, and rates are seasonal and may change without prior notice.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be made through the platform or booking service used (such as MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, or direct booking).
Refunds are typically processed within 4–5 business days after approval.
No-shows, early check-outs, or last-minute cancellations may result in no refund per industry-standard policy referenced in Goa accommodations.
Property Rules
Check-in before 2 PM or check-out after 11 AM may incur additional charges and are subject to room availability.
Outside food or alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
Smoking rooms are available upon request; designated areas must be used for smoking.
Guests are financially liable for any damage caused to the property or amenities during the stay.
Guest Conduct and Safety
The hotel has 24-hour CCTV surveillance, ensuring guest safety and property security.
Smart casuals dress code is recommended when using public or dining areas.
The premises include 24-hour front desk services, a restaurant, bar lounge, swimming pool, and free Wi-Fi.
Harassment, public disturbance, or misconduct leads to immediate eviction without refund.
Payment and Services
Payments are accepted in cash or major debit/credit cards.
Amenities offered include power backup, air conditioning, laundry (paid), parking, and housekeeping.

The package price does not include the following, and these must be arranged separately or paid for locally:
Flights or train tickets.
Personal expenses (e.g., laundry, telephone calls, tips).
Optional activities, excursions, or sightseeing tours not specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
Any meals or services not explicitly listed under the "Inclusions" section.
